How do I create a project?
Please create it using Google Docs according to our template.
After confirmation, our staff will reflect and publish the project on our website.
How should I set the target amount?
Although it depends on the price of returned items and advertising media, we recommend that you set your target amount to approximately twice the price of the advertising media.
If you have decided on a specific advertising medium, please feel free to contact the person in charge and we will send you a quote.
How much does it cost?
Please contact us as it varies depending on the campaign period etc.
What are the payment methods for support funds?
There are two payment methods:

Are there any costs to be paid by the organizer?
If you request us to create data or return products, additional costs will be incurred. In addition, actual shipping costs for returned items will be charged separately.
However, basically all expenses incurred in the project can be used with the support funds, so start the project by adding the overall cost to the target amount.
We will provide you with a detailed quotation after we receive your application and confirm the return items.
How should I prepare return items?
You can have the planner create the data for the returned item, or we can do it for you.
In either case, we will handle the data entry for the returned product.

What happens if I have extra money after reaching my goal?
We will suggest media according to your surplus funds.
If the target amount is not achieved, will investors be refunded?What will be the fee in that case?
If the target amount is not achieved,All support funds will be refunded, so no fees will be charged in that case.
Approximately how much does the cancellation fee cost?
A contract will be signed before the project begins, but there is no cancellation fee if you cancel before the contract is signed.
In principle, cancellation is not possible after the contract has been signed.
Additionally, if you wish to cancel after the project has started, 50% of the collected amount will be charged.
