A. This is Shohei Otani!

I've loved him since my days at Nihon-Ham and watched him from practice games!

I thought it was amazing that he wrote a mandala chart when he was a high school student and was putting it into practice...

When I see how they never forget their original intentions, I am also drawn to their humanity.
What was your first recommendation in life?
A. This is EXILE's L'Arc-en-Ciel HYDE!

I liked HYDE so much that I made it my wallpaper! (lol)
What do your favorites have in common?
A. “It’s just so cool,” right? (lol)

Everyone else has their own axis and style, and is a free person who is not bound by conventional wisdom.
What kind of promotion are you doing?
A. I watch Shohei Otani's YouTube every day!

I also practice swinging and studying Shohei Otani's videos to see if I can do it myself (lol).
 

What is your responsibility?

I mainly think about the overall vision.

We constantly check customer feedback, so we can provide services that meet their needs and differentiate our services.Developing an overall strategy。

Since I started working, I tend to think that I'm the logical and planning type, but I'm actually the type that lives with passion and emotion!

Motivation comes from the fundamental feeling that ``I'm doing something for others.''

BirthdayThe beginning of JAPAN

Until around 2018, I didn't know anything about push advertising.

I liked TVXQ, BIGBANG, and K-Pop, but I wasn't particularly into them.

One day,A friend of our Korean staff asked us for help because he wanted to do Oshii advertising in Japan.Yes.

The person at Tokyo Vision was also having some troubles, so I helped him with some advertising, and his friend was really happy about it.

When I heard someone say, ``Thanks to you, we were able to do the Oshii advertisement that we wanted to do in Japan! The Oshiers were really happy!'' I was really surprised and thought, ``This kind of culture exists!''

Promotional advertisements cost a lot of money, but I thought there was no way that the person being supported wouldn't be happy if someone used that money for their birthday or anniversary.

Until now, even though I felt a sense of purpose and gratitude toward Oshi, I had no place to express it.You can contribute to Oshii by expressing your thoughts through Oshii advertising.。

Oshi has responded to this and is happy about it.

I thought it was an interesting culture that was a win-win for both the supporters and those being supported.

Why we value “connections”

We started the business in earnest in December 2018, but there were various conflicts at the beginning.

You can't continue doing something unless you're convinced, so you can't do it unless you have a solid idea of ​​why you're doing it.

So even though I thought, ``This culture is interesting,''There was a time when I asked myself a lot of questions.

But when I looked at it from a broader perspective, I realized that it was ultimately what I wanted to do.

This is because fans connect with each other by supporting their favorites.

I think that sometimes strangers who happen to agree and participate in a project to support the same cause can become really good friends.

When I thought about how I could make connections through promotional advertising, I realized that this is what I originally wanted to do, and then I began to see it as something for myself.

 

I believe that connections with people are extremely irreplaceable.

The reason I started my own business was because I wanted to create connections with people. 

Because of my parents' strict upbringing, I really hated being bound by common sense and worrying about respectability.

I experienced disappointment in my life when various things happened and I ended up causing trouble to my parents.

When I became around 19 or 20 years old, causing trouble for my parents, I got really scared when I thought about becoming an adult.

When I thought about changing my life, a senior at my part-time job told me, ``You have no choice but to go abroad.''

I went to Australia, and someone I met there told me"Just be yourself"That one word changed my life completely.

When I thought about what it meant to be myself, I was shocked to find that I couldn't grasp even a single sliver of who I was...

I thought that I had caused a lot of trouble and now I had to live for my parents and friends, so I realized that I had forgotten to take care of myself.

From there, I began to think about myself in a more fundamental way, and my life changed as I started to enjoy learning, made many friends, and enjoyed many things.

I think it was because of the encounters and connections I made with people in Australia that I was able to break out of my shell.

It's rare to meet people with different values, so I think it's important to create opportunities to meet people through advertising and hobbies, and I think these opportunities can help you discover new possibilities in life.

In the end, ``coincidence'' changes your life, and I want to increase the probability of that coincidence as much as possible.

One word

I think it's interesting to give form to your feelings about Oshi.

By putting it into words and putting it into form, we can discover new ideas about Oshi, and by advertising Oshi on street visions and places where people can see it,

It lets other people know how I feel about my push, and I'm really happy if someone responds.

Seeing people around you happy with something you planned is also a success, so I think small successes give you confidence in your work and life.

Therefore, I hope that by giving form to my thoughts, I can give people the confidence to live tomorrow, and give them the motivation to live tomorrow.

We will do our best to support it!
