HAYATE FANBASE JP: Hayate left the agency and started a personal SNS, so I'm currently mainly working to share updates and other information (^^)

Hayate appeared in "&AUDITION" and unfortunately he was eliminated in the final and was not selected (;_;), but as a fan of Hayate, I think, "Even though he wasn't selected this time, he's a truly amazing idol! There's definitely someone who understands his charm!"

With the idea that "If there was a base to support him, I think we could continue to support him, even if we couldn't see him," the first generation created an account for FANBASE, saying, "It's sad that all the fans will fall apart this way."

HAYATE FANBASE JP: The first generation recruited members to join us via DM. So we all got together and set up the site saying, "Let's continue to support you." After that, the first generation became ill and became unable to work, so I, who had been working with me since the beginning, took over.

What made you think "Hayate-kun is good!" among the audition members?

HAYATE FANBASE JP: Hayate-kun has a variety of charms, or rather, he has a variety of charms!

During the audition, the only members first appeared in magazines and photos. Looking at the photos alone, it gives off a clear, cool look with a clear look, but when you speak, the cheerful, cheerful character makes the atmosphere liven up (*^_^*)

But when I stand on stage, I play both cool and cheerful songs! What I think is what makes Hayate's most amazing is the many charms he has (^-^)

Birthdaystaff: What does Hayate-kun really attract people from overseas?

HAYATE FANBASE JP: One of Hayate's charms is his skill in talking!

To be honest, it's not like people from overseas can understand how well he uses his words to make everyone laugh. But I'm sure even if the words don't get through, they have something that attracts them by connecting with their "want to entertain everyone", their best visuals, and "not words" (^^)♪

By saying that overseas people like Hayate, I have also realized the new charm of Hayate.

 

Birthdaystaff: Her facial features are clear, so it looks like she's popular in Asia!

HAYATE FANBASE JP: I occasionally watch videos of Philippine pop music (P-pop), and there are artists with clear faces, like Hayate-kun. I think the reason why there are so many passionate fans in the Philippines is due to their facial preferences (^^). Hayate's looks and atmosphere may be understood overseas as well.♪

HAYATE FANBASE JP: He is currently updating TikTok and Instagram!

Hayate was the first member to have a birthday after being dropped. Personally, I wanted to make this a project that would make the other members of the fandom who had dropped out feel like "hope."

HAYATE FANBASE JP: I did a lot of internet searches (lol) Some of the original FANBASE members had experience in advertising, but most of them were new to me, so I kept searching for them, "How can I put up an ad?" (^^;

When I thought the hurdle to "raising money" was very high,BirthdayI found information about crowdfans. I thought that if we could ask a proper company, other fans would be able to raise money with peace of mind, so I took the form of crowdfunding!

HAYATE FANBASE JP: You can see the numbers. When I see the funds say, "We've collected 〇% now," I feel like, "If things continue like this, it's going to be a disaster!" and "I want to go even further and more!" Those who saw the numbers voluntarily chanted, "I want to gather more." I thought it had developed in a good direction (*^^)!

 

Birthdaystaff: Even in FANBASEBirthdayHave you reported on the progress of the crowdfans?

HAYATE FANBASE JP:I agree. The numbers were also posted through my account, and fans other than Hayate around me also posted them (;_;). "Everyone please, even if it's 1,000 yen each!"

At first, I was able to aim for 100,000 yen and spent 200,000 yen. So we were able to increase the number of advertising locations and were able to be released at Tomboris Station in Osaka and YUNIKA VISION in Shinjuku!

 

Birthdaystaff: Did you send it in two places on your birthday?

HAYATE FANBASE JP: Actually, we changed the dates we put out in Osaka and Shinjuku so that people who want to see it can see both.♪

It's the day of your birthday in Tokyo, the Sunday before your birthday in Osaka, and the 22nd January.

On the 21st and 22nd, there was an autograph session and CD event for the people from "&TEAM," who made their debut with "&AUDITON." When I heard this information, I thought, "Many people might come to Osaka for the event" (^^). Of course, I want to post an ad on my birthday! However, if we were to be able to serve in two locations, we decided to schedule it, "Let's go to Osaka on the weekend."

 

Birthdaystaff: Have you changed the content of the advertisements in Osaka and Shinjuku?

HAYATE FANBASE JP: We collected messages of support from participants in the project to Hayate, and we released something different in Osaka and Shinjuku! To make you enjoyable no matter what you look at♪

Because Osaka had fewer seconds, we had more messages from investors in Osaka, and in Tokyo, in addition to investors, we recruited people who couldn't make the investment but wanted to send a message, and increased the volume and created two types (^^)♪

HAYATE FANBASE JP：During "&AUDITION," the program prepared material for Hayate's photos that they said "You can use them to cheer on," so I sent them to the counter saying, "I'll use them because I want to celebrate." We asked our specialist members to edit videos and images.

BirthdayWe were preparing in parallel while recruiting funds as a crowdfan. "Hayate'sBirthdayLet's do it," he said in October 2022. The project began in October and was set to begin January 2011, so it took two or three months to prepare. During preparation, I was communicating with members via a call app and group DM.

HAYATE FANBASE JP：We prepared a variety of return items, including ema-shaped straps and card cases (^^). Everyone was actively expressing their opinions, "I think this would be good," and decided to decide as much as possible while coming to terms with their budget. It would be pointless if the return items were luxurious and we couldn't spend money on advertising^^; There were many ideas, and it felt like we'd cut them out.

 

Birthdaystaff: Are there any impressions that remained during the preparation period?

HAYATE FANBASE JP:Everyone was proactive (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)! It's really amazing!

They were all together to celebrate Hayate's birthday and really want to support them, so they said, "What do you think about this?" and "What about that?", but they respected each other's opinions.

Hayate himself was the person who played the role of looking at the people around him and cheering up the people around him, so I think it was easy for fans to gather that kind of person. A gathering of positive and desire to liven up♪

Of course, there was also the feeling that "I've created an ad! I did it!" Whether in Shinjuku or Osaka, I was so happy and felt a sense of accomplishment that I was able to put up my favourite ads in the town where I always walk to shopping. However, I was also worried about whether it would really reach the person.

There were a lot of people in both Osaka and Shinjuku who said, "I guess that person was probably looking for this (lol)," and there were some enthusiastic people in Tokyo who watched it every hour!

What do you look forward to in the future of Hayate's activities?

Birthdaystaff:What kind of activities do you want Hayate to do in the future?

HAYATE FANBASE JP: It's fine as long as Hayate is healthy, but I hope Hayate himself will do activities that will satisfy him. It's not "This is fine," but "Ah, this is fine too." I feel selfish fans want to support me if I want to try the path of idol again, and I hope that I will not be an idol but I will aim to be able to fulfill myself and start new activities with the goal of being convinced, "I have this path!"

 

Birthdaystaff: There is a risk that you will miss your activities on social media (lol)

HAYATE FANBASE JP:That's right! I feel quite a sense of crisis (^O^;)

It seems that some other idols and trainees respond to comments, but Hayate seems to only like posts tagged on Instagram, so he doesn't generally react very often.

It seems that when you react to one person, you don't do it because you have to do it to everyone. But (and that stance) I think I should do what I want to do (lol)♪

 

Birthdaystaff:Did you just happen to be able to watch the Instagram Live in October?

HAYATE FANBASE JP:That's right. When Hayate updated the story or something, I was writing a message of support for the story, and it happened to start an Instagram live show at the time. That's why I realized it (;▽;)!

I also collected other archived videos from other fans' posts, so I've written them out. Hayate doesn't leave an archive, so I was unsure whether it's OK to keep it, so I used the "transcription" method, but I received a message from a foreign fan saying, "I didn't understand Japanese, so I transcription so I understood what I was talking about," and I was glad that I gave it a try.♪

 

Birthdaystaff: What kind of support will FANBASE provide in the future?

HAYATE FANBASE JP: Of course I will continue to support you. I would like to cheer and celebrate my birthday, but I'm still thinking, "What kind of cheer will suit Hayate's future activities?" If they announce the stream, we can also encourage everyone to go out and have fun. Recently, trainees have fan meetings, so if they do so, I would like to give flowers to the fan meeting.

 Hayate just opened an account in October, so he still has no idea how he will be active in the future (><).

I would like to support Hayate in a way that matches the activities he is doing. Will it be like "Look at the super handsome Tik Toker" or will it be like "I'm aiming to become an idol so I'll support you."
