Advertiser:When the ad was posted, I was actually in South Korea on the day and saw the ad with my own eyes.
After that, I visited the office and happened to have a chance to meet the staff.

In that respect, it was very helpful to be able to receive immediate response via LINE.
Even though I have many projects,I was surprised at how politely they treated each person, and it was even better than I expected.

I made the same request this year, and they sent me a list of locations and prices, which was very helpful.

Have you noticed any changes in your image before and after using our company?
Advertiser:In a good way, it was as expected.
I don't particularly feel that it was ``different from what I expected'' or ``my image has changed,'' and I feel that it was as expected.

BirthdayJAPAN:On the other hand, are there any points that you would like to see improved?
Advertiser: Regarding the payment method.
Currently, I think credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal are supported, but when I was providing support recently, I realized that there are a particularly large number of people using PayPay.
I think the number of supporters will increase even more if payments can be made with PayPay.
In fact, I have been asked several times when I was a club fan, ``Can't I pay with PayPay?''

Advertiser:Honestly, I think if we could use simple tools like LINE, we would be able to communicate more closely.
However, since large amounts of data are sent and received, I think email is more suitable in that respect.
With LINE, responses are quick and communication is easy, but I think it would be inconvenient if we had to use another method to exchange data.
It's difficult to decide which is better, as it can be difficult to manage if you exchange text via LINE and send data via email.
I think it would be easier to understand if it was unified.
Did you have any difficulties preparing for the promotional advertisement? — Gathering supporters and design consultation
BirthdayJAPAN:Was there anything difficult in the process of actually implementing the promotional advertisement?
Advertiser:The most difficult thing was gathering supporters.
I also had a little trouble with the design.
Even if we leave the design to you, we cannot completely leave it to you, so we have to come up with the concept and structure to some extent.
That was the difficult part, but it was also the fun part.
BirthdayJAPAN: How did you communicate the direction of the design?
Advertiser:Your companyI consulted with them specifically about how I wanted it to look like, referring to several case studies.
