SUNPLUS Oshi Advertising Regulations

BirthdayJAPAN has established the following guidelines in order to realize "Oshi Advertising" that gives form to the feelings of support from our fans.

If you wish to receive promotional advertising regarding SUNPLUS talent, please read the following carefully and comply with the regulations.

What is “Oshi Advertising®︎”?

"Oshi Ads®︎" are advertisements for fans to support their favorites.

Generally, “BirthdayThey are also called "advertisements" or "supporting advertisements," but in these guidelines, they are uniformly referred to as "Oshi-ads®︎."

In addition, “Oshi Advertising®︎” isBirthdayIt is a registered trademark of IW Co., Ltd., which operates JAPAN.

About the materials used

• Photos, logos, etc. that can be used in push advertisements areOnly official materials provided and licensed by the agency to which you belong.

• Illustration materials such as derivative works (fan art) require separate confirmation. If we do not receive permission to use the material, we may ask you to change the material.

Process for implementation (application guideline: 1.5 to 2 months before the desired posting date is recommended)

1. [Planning consultation] Deciding on the desired date and medium for posting
   
   

2. [Advance payment]BirthdayAdvance payment of advertising costs on the JAPAN site
   → At the same time, start coordinating materials to be used and permission applications.
   
   

3. [Design submission] Submit the design at least 14 days before the advertisement posting date (20 business days for transportation advertisements)
   
   

4. [Content review] Based on the submitted content, our company, office, and advertising media company will conduct a review.

4. Examples of prohibited phrases
   The following expressions are prohibited.
   × “Official support advertisement”
   × “Implemented by SUNPLUS”
   × Words that can be misinterpreted as the intentions or statements of the talent
   × Content that is defamatory, violates privacy, or violates public order and morals
   
   

5. Regarding design regulations

• Design regulations differ depending on each medium. Please check each media page for design regulations.
  
  

6. Regarding design confirmation

• The final design will always be published after being confirmed by the copyright holder.

• If the agency or advertising media company requests corrections after the review, please respond promptly.

Prohibitions

• Expressions that may mislead people to believe that they are affiliated with a talent or official
  
  

• Defaming, slandering, or infringing the rights of members, related parties, or other third parties.
  
  

• Use for purposes other than promotional advertising, such as for commercial purposes or for personal use (posting on SNS, creating personal goods)
  
  

• Changing the color or deforming the material (deleting the background is not a problem)
  
  

• Performing other acts that the management deems inappropriate.
  
  If the management deems that any of the above prohibited acts apply, the permission to place Oshii advertisements may be canceled even after permission has been granted.
