The following actions are prohibited as they may damage the mental and physical health and dignity of our staff and impede the provision of services.

- A lengthy and emotional comment that goes beyond the scope of your opinion.
- Requesting excessive responses to communications outside of business hours or contacting individuals on SNS, etc.
- Spreading defamation and false information about our company and staff
- Requests that are inconsistent with the purpose of this service or acts of nuisance to other users

Our response policy
Responses based on these guidelines have been established to ensure that projects proceed safely and smoothly, and to protect the physical and mental health and dignity of staff who work with integrity.

In the event that a mistake or inadequacy on our part is confirmed, we will take responsibility seriously and respond in good faith.
However, please understand that there are limits to what we can do.
If any of the above behaviors are observed, we may take the following actions:
- Change of person in charge or suspension of response
- Abandoning or canceling a project
*Depending on the situation, we may take step-by-step measures such as "alert, limit response, cancel contract."
*Even if the project is canceled, we may not be able to provide a refund depending on the progress of the project or if there is no fault on our part. - Restrictions on future transactions/applications
- Considering legal measures as necessary
