Background of introduction

In recent years, we have been seeing an increasing number of deficiencies in size settings, color modes, and fill-ins in the design data we receive.

In our verification, over 90% of the data required minor corrections.

In order to prevent printing problems and delivery delays, and to provide all our customers with stable quality Omoi advertising, we will check the submitted data and make minor corrections.

Target advertising media

All media submitted with still image advertising data
(Example: transportation advertising posters, etc.)

*Video advertising data is not applicable.

Service content

• Target: When the customer submits design data created by himself/herself
• What we offer: Data confirmation and minor corrections
• Applicable start date:For new applications after August 18, 2025 (Monday)
• Fee: 1,000 yen (excluding tax)
  A flat fee will be charged regardless of whether or not any changes are made after confirmation.

If you request us to create a design, this fee will not be charged.

Main scope of rework

• Minor size changes (resizing)
• Adding additional fill (ensuring margins for printing)
• Color mode change (RGB → CMYK)
• Image resolution check
• Design adjustment outside the print area (correction of protruding necessary elements)

*As a general rule, if you wish to change the text content (correcting typos, etc.), please make the changes yourself.
*Revisions beyond the scope of support will be subject to resubmission or an additional fee.
