[BsGravity Interview] RYUTO talks about behind the scenes efforts and conflict, and passion for the stage

We recently conducted an interview with the members of the Orix Buffaloes team's official dance and vocal unit "BsGravity"!

Because RYUTO has experience as someone who is being cheered on, the feelings he puts into his songs and words have a special persuasive power.

First of all, please introduce yourself!

nice to meet you!

Uniform number 384, 2nd year,This is RYUTO, the sub-leader and vocal leader!

The member color is blue and he is the shortest among the Guys members!

My favorite thing about myself is that at first glance, I tend to be seen as petite and cute, but when it comes to performances, I can move bigger than anyone else and catch people's attention!

What was the “fateful moment” that made you decide to join BsGravity?

I've been participating in men's rhythmic gymnastics since I was in the first grade of elementary school, and I've received a lot of support from people who support me.

That's why I understand the importance and power of support, and the feelings of those receiving support.

I was really attracted to BsGravity because they can convey this through song and dance, so I auditioned thinking, ``This is the only one!''

How did you feel going into the audition, which is said to have a magnification of over 100 times?

I applied for the vocal position, but at that time I had little experience as a vocalist and had very little experience singing in front of people.

But, “If you let your feelings get the better of you, you won't be able to convey what you want to convey. I went to the audition venue with the mindset of "Let's convey my singing voice, even if it's just to just one person in this venue, and let's leave an impression."I remember going into it!

What was the most memorable incident during the audition?

I think it was when I entered the venue again and was asked, "I want you to sing again."

There were two song assignments, and I was practicing both, soI was able to perform one more song there, and I remember that time when I realized how important preparation is.

When you started your activities as BsGravity2025, was there a moment when you realized that you had grown?

There are several things, but I think the most important thing is that I am no longer afraid to take the first step towards a challenge.

As I continued my activities, there were times when I became anxious and compared myself to the abilities and awareness of the members around me, and I felt like I was losing sight of the ``essence'' of why I was doing what I was doing.

But if you keep challenging yourself, you'll be able to push yourself harder and never lose sight of why you're doing it.

I felt glad that I was able to grow there!

During the performance, what are the points you are particular about that you want people to look at?

My goal is to "always create a picture no matter where I cut it," so please pay attention to how I don't let my guard down and continue to give my 100% effort at any moment!

Please tell us about a surprising side of yourself that your fans probably don't know about!

• I like vacuuming
• My hobby is saving money
• Actually, I have done acting before, and have appeared in movies and dramas.

Among BsGravity's songs, which one is particularly memorable? Please tell us why!

After all, it's my debut song "GRAVITY".

I'll never forget the moment I heard my voice played on a music app for the first time.

When is the moment you feel "fun! happy!" working as BsGravity?

It may be a cliché, but I feel overwhelmingly happy while performing.

When someone sings with me or when I can do call and response, etc.I feel very happy because I feel that we are able to share a good time together.

The passionate support from the fans was also impressive! What kind of role do fans have for you, Ryuto?

It's like oxygen.

I think it's so important that I couldn't live without it.

Just like when we're having a hard time, it's our fans who give us encouragement and confidence even when we're going through difficult times.

That's why I will do my best so that you can continue to support me and be by my side!
