About design data confirmation and modification service

1. Basic rules for submission

If you create your own design, we will check the data and make minor corrections before submission.

If we make any modifications, please be sure to ask the customer for final confirmation.

*This fee will not be charged if the product is produced by our company.
*This fee will be charged uniformly regardless of whether or not there is any rework.

2. Using templates

When submitting poster advertisements, cup holders, etc., to prevent data size (dimensions) errors,Please be sure to use our designated template.

Templates can be downloaded from "Submission specifications" on each advertising media page.

For some media for which templates are not available, please create them according to the sizes listed on each advertising media page.

3. Supported data formats (in principle, one of the following)

For still image data

*For apps other than those listed above, please send as JPEG or PNG data.
*Basically, we cannot modify data created with other apps.

For video data

*Basically, we cannot modify data created with other apps.

4. Scope of rework at our company

The scope of rework is as follows.

If your request exceeds the scope of support, we may ask you to resubmit or pay an additional fee.

For still image data

resize	◎ Available	Only minor size changes. *Additional charges will apply if design layout changes are required.
Adding additional color	◎ Available	Added margin range required for printing.
Color mode change	◎ Available	In the case of RGB, the finished color may be dull, so convert to CMYK.
Image resolution check	◎ Available	If roughness is noticeable, please contact us. *Resolution adjustment is not possible.
Design adjustments outside the print area	△ Partially available	Adjust only if necessary elements protrude from the actual visible range.
Change text content	✕ Not available	As a general rule, we ask the customer to confirm any errors, including typos.

*The scope of correction may change depending on the situation.

For video data
