Frequently asked questions

Can I divide the 500 cup holders into 250 pieces and ship them to another location?

There are 500 pieces per box, so we cannot ship them separately in 250 pieces.

Is it possible to change to a paper cup or air holder?

It is not possible to change to paper cups or air holders.

Is it possible to increase/reduce the number of some products in the set?

Some numbers in the set cannot be changed.

Is it possible to order individual items such as trading cards and stickers?

We are unable to accept single orders for trading cards/stickers/mini banners/acrylic stands/cafe arrangements. Air holder production/design production/announcement flyer production can be ordered individually^^
